One of the things I love most about being a Calgary Wedding Photographer is capturing amazing couples at amazing venues. I met Lisa and Chris over coffee one evening to discuss their wedding at one of my favorite venues, The Lake House. After chatting for a bit, it turns out we both discovered that we shared the same mutual friends! So, after months (and months) of waiting, their big day finally approached and went even more beautifully than I could’ve imagined. They were surrounded by their closest family and friends – all of whom knew how to have a great time!

Stephanie was amazing to work with! She made our day perfect in every way. We found her on Instagram, but ended up having a mutual friend that had used her for their wedding as well. From our initial meeting, to planning the schedule of photos, to the actual day, I never had any reservations that our photos and our special day would turn out anything less than amazing. We didn’t even notice her during the ceremony which made it easy for us to enjoy the moment and not worry about getting the perfect shot. She worked well with all of our vendors and had photographed The Lake House before which was a huge benefit to us for her knowing the space.
